With Our Own Voice: Participation, Support and Rights - 2026

The With Our Own Voice: Participation, Support and Rights programme aims to promote the well-being, social participation and exercise of rights of people with mental health problems through community spaces for support, awareness-raising and psychosocial support. It also seeks to highlight each person’s active role in the community and to facilitate access to and connection with local community resources.

To this end, individualised support will be provided to beneficiaries and safe spaces will be created through group activities, creative workshops, and training in rights and civic participation, in order to comprehensively strengthen emotional expression, social skills, self-esteem and the effective exercise of rights.

This initiative helps to combat the stigma associated with mental health problems by separating psychological distress from exclusively clinical settings and promoting social inclusion.

This program is subsidized by the Generalitat Valenciana, under the Ministry of Social Services, Family, and Children.
