Training

Our non-formal vocational training courses are designed for people who want to grow professionally through practical and up-to-date tools. We have professional teachers, internships in companies, and career guidance.

At AESCO, we believe in training as a gateway to employment and inclusion. That is why we offer two pathways.

Free training, as part of our subsidised projects.
Paid vocational training, with the possibility of internships and career guidance.

Free training

Free training is offered within the framework of the organisation’s specific programmes and is aimed at people who wish to improve their education and employment opportunities. Access to these courses depends on the criteria established in each programme, which may vary depending on the training. This is a theoretical and practical training designed to support employability and personal development.
Some courses also offer the possibility of internships in companies, for which valid documentation and a work permit are required. For further information or enquiries, we recommend contacting the office where you are interested in taking the training, where guidance on available courses and programmes will be provided.

Social-cost training

Social-cost training is aimed at people who wish to improve or expand their professional knowledge and skills, whether they are looking for employment or already working. This type of training does not require entry requirements, and classroom-based training can be attended by presenting a passport. The training is theoretical and practical and is designed to promote professional development and employability.
Some courses also include the possibility of internships in companies, for which valid documentation and a work permit are required. For any enquiries or interest, you are invited to contact the corresponding office, where information about the available courses and programmes will be provided.
