Socio-labour Inclusion for Women

The Socio-labour Inclusion for Women programme The Socio-labour Inclusion for Women programme aims to contribute to the participation and socioeconomic empowerment of women in vulnerable situations in the Community of Madrid, especially those belonging to ethnic and/or racial minorities, through socio-labour training pathways that facilitate their access to and permanence in the labour market, thus helping to reduce poverty and social exclusion. The programme includes empowerment, co-responsibility and equality spaces for the eradication of gender inequalities, as well as personalised employment guidance and digital literacy workshops for equal citizenship. In this regard, the programme offers free training courses to improve theoretical and practical skills: – Cashier-Shelf Stacker in large stores + Food Handling Course. – Logistics Operative: Warehouse Assistant + Food Handling Course. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to undertake non-employment professional placements to put their acquired knowledge into practice and gain experience within businesses in the sector. Support for beneficiaries will be continuous throughout the entire process, with periodic and personalised follow-up to assess their progress, identify potential difficulties and adapt actions to their needs. This follow-up will provide the necessary support to encourage their active participation in the training pathway and their gradual entry into and maintenance in the labour market. This programme is subsidised by the Community of Madrid, under the Department of Family, Youth and Social Affairs.
