PRO-EMPLOY YOURSELF – Continuation.

The project “PRO-EMPLOY YOURSELF”, funded by the First Vice-Presidency and the Regional Ministry of Social Services, Equality and Housing of the Generalitat Valenciana, aims to strengthen the employability of people in vulnerable situations through the implementation of comprehensive and personalised socio-labour inclusion pathways.

Through these pathways, the project seeks to enhance the capacities and professional skills of participants by using specific strategies adapted to their individual needs, promoting their access to and permanence in the labour market.

The programme’s main actions include:

• • Kitchen and Dining Room Assistant Course, with theoretical and practical training and non-work placements in partner companies.
    
  • Active job search workshops, aimed at improving employability skills and autonomy in job search processes.
    
  • Equality workshop between men and women, focused on promoting gender equality and raising awareness about shared responsibility in both professional and personal spheres.

“PRO-EMPLOY YOURSELF” seeks to create real employment opportunities, promoting sustainable labour inclusion and the personal empowerment of participants.
