Information, Advisory and Monitoring System for Discrimination in Access to Housing for the Migrant Population (SIAM-DVPM).<br/>
The project “Information, Advisory and Monitoring System for Discrimination in Access to Housing for the Migrant Population (SIAM-DVPM)” aims to strengthen the rights of migrants and tenants through training activities, specialised support, and personalised legal advice.
The programme seeks to improve prevention and intervention mechanisms against discrimination in access to housing by promoting the participation of the migrant population, networking between public and private organisations, and the creation of innovative tools to encourage equal treatment in the cities of Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia.
Its main actions include Housing Information and Guidance Points, personalised counselling, the Housing Workshop Cycle, and the Resource Map on Housing, Migration, and Intersectionality.
Through these initiatives, the project contributes to guaranteeing the right to decent housing and strengthening the fight against discrimination against migrants in Spain.
This project is co-financed by the European Social Fund, the State Secretariat for Migration, and the Directorate-General for Migration Management of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration.
