Initial Reception, Information and Guidance for Migrants - 2026
Through a comprehensive support service and personalized guidance, the program offers an initial space for reception, listening and social assessment, from which an inclusion plan adapted to each person’s needs and circumstances is designed together. This process enables the identification of administrative, social or economic barriers and supports individuals in overcoming them.
The project provides legal and social information and guidance, particularly regarding immigration matters, access to basic rights, public services, employment and social resources, helping to reduce situations of misinformation, vulnerability or administrative irregularity.
Additionally, the program promotes citizenship and rights workshops, community mentoring spaces and ongoing social support, in order to strengthen knowledge of the institutional system, promote community participation and reinforce support networks among migrants.
