Integrated pathways project for the socio-labour inclusion of people in situations or at risk of social exclusion.<br/>

The “Integrated pathways project for the socio-labour inclusion of people in situations or at risk of social exclusion” is funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus Programme (ESF+) Comunitat Valenciana 2021–2027. The project aims to promote the socio-labour inclusion of people in vulnerable situations through the implementation of individualised pathways that combine socio-labour guidance and support, skills development, vocational training, and non-labour internships, with the goal of improving employability and contributing to the reduction of poverty and social exclusion.

The initiative is aimed at people in situations or at risk of social exclusion who, in addition to meeting the established age and employment-status requirements, are experiencing contexts of multiple vulnerability, such as:

    • Unemployed women facing structural inequalities in access to employment.
    • People over 45 years of age experiencing long-term unemployment.
    • Young people under 30 with little or no work experience and/or without formal academic qualifications.
    • People with non-shared family responsibilities.

Among the main actions carried out are:

    • Employment training courses
    • Digital literacy workshops
    • Socio-labour guidance, social skills, and behavioural skills workshops
    • Referrals to specialised resources such as legal assistance, qualification recognition advisory services, and food banks
