School support grants for equal education and emergency assistance for families living in poverty – continuation.
The project “EMPLEA-T: project for the socio-labour inclusion of people at risk or in situations of social exclusion through comprehensive care pathways”, co-financed at 40% by the ESF+ 2021/2027 within the framework of the ESF Plus Programme 2021/2027 of the Community of Madrid, aims to strengthen the personal, social, and pre-employment conditions that facilitate access to employment for unemployed people in vulnerable situations or at risk of social exclusion in the Community of Madrid.
To achieve this, comprehensive pathways are developed based on a structured and progressive process that includes reception and initial assessment, socio-labour guidance, training, individualised support, non-work placements in companies, as well as job outreach and labour mediation. The entire process is based on a participatory, flexible, and innovative methodology focused on sustainable employability and coordination with public social services and employment systems.
Within this framework, the project offers two specific training itineraries: one in the field of aesthetics, aimed at acquiring professional skills in the sector, and another in the retail sector, with training for cashier-stocker roles. The program benefits a total of 61 people participating in these itineraries, 47 of whom carry out non-labor internships in companies. Both itineraries seek to improve the employability of participants and favor their labor insertion in high-demand sectors.
