Socio-labour Inclusion for Women – Continuation<br/>

The programme “Socio-labour Inclusion for Women – Continuation”, funded by the First Vice-Presidency and the Regional Ministry of Social Services, Equality and Housing of the Generalitat Valenciana, aims to facilitate the social and labour integration of women in situations or at risk of social exclusion in the province of Valencia, thereby contributing to reducing gender inequalities and improving access to decent and sustainable employment opportunities.

The programme’s main actions include:

• • • Bakery and Pastry Assistant Course, consisting of 60 hours of theoretical and practical training and 80 hours of non-professional work placements in companies.
      
    • Social skills workshop, focused on personal development and improving employability.
      
    • Support throughout the job search process, providing personalised guidance for labour market integration.
      

Through these actions, the project seeks to promote the economic autonomy and empowerment of participants, generating real opportunities for inclusion and improving their quality of life.
