Promoting access to housing for the migrant population from a human rights approach: Dialogues and alliances.<br/>

The project “Promoting access to housing for the migrant population from a human rights approach: Dialogues and alliances” aims to raise awareness about the fight against discrimination affecting migrants in access to housing and the protection of their rights through a participatory and transnational space that encouraged speakers, attendees, and the wider community to actively intervene, promote, and protect their rights from different areas of society.

The project sought to consolidate a constructive dialogue among multiple actors involved in combating discrimination against migrants in access to housing and in protecting their rights, including third-sector organisations, public administrations, academia, and civil society. With the objective of sharing good practices, actions, and measures aimed at preventing and addressing this issue, a dialogue conference was organised featuring different panels of experts in the relevant fields. Representatives from the public sector, academia, and the third sector participated in this event.

This project is funded by the State Secretariat for Foreign and Global Affairs and the Directorate-General for the United Nations, International Organisations and Human Rights of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.
