Comprehensive support and rights for the socio-labour integration of undocumented migrants or migrants with precarious migration status in the Community of Madrid.<br/>
The programme “Comprehensive support and rights for the socio-labour integration of undocumented migrants or migrants with precarious migration status in the Community of Madrid”, funded by PICUM – Platform for International Cooperation on Undocumented Migrants, aims to contribute to the socio-labour inclusion of migrants through actions that promote access to decent employment and regularisation processes within the host society.
To achieve this, each participant receives a personalised assessment, allowing the design of an individual support pathway adapted to their specific needs and circumstances. In addition, continuous support is provided through legal and administrative guidance, assisting participants throughout the migration regularisation process and in accessing and defending their fundamental rights. The programme also offers career guidance to improve participants’ employment opportunities, strengthening their professional skills and supporting their integration into the labour market.
To create a greater impact, awareness-raising materials are developed, contributing to increased public awareness about the rights and situation of migrants within the context of the Community of Madrid and Spain.
This project, focused on equality, diversity, intersectionality, and non-discrimination, seeks to strengthen the protection and guarantee of the human rights of this group and facilitate their full integration into society through a comprehensive approach that includes legal assistance, employment support, and social awareness.
