EMPOWER YOURSELF: Promotion of equality and socio-occupational intervention for women<br/>

The project “Empower Yourself: Equality and socio-labour intervention for women”, funded by the First Vice-Presidency and the Ministry of Social Services, Equality and Housing, is a programme aimed at women in situations of social and labour vulnerability that seeks to strengthen their personal, social, and professional autonomy through a gender perspective and a rights-based approach.

Through a personalised socio-labour pathway, the programme combines guidance, individual support, group workshops on empowerment, equality and employability skills, together with vocational training in sectors with labour demand and internships in real work environments.

The project also includes awareness-raising and community participation activities focused on equal opportunities, work-life balance, and the prevention of violence against women, encouraging the creation of support networks, the reclaiming of public spaces, and the strengthening of community ties.

Empower Yourself is a space for learning, support, and growth that encourages women to improve their opportunities for socio-labour integration and to become active protagonists of their own process.
