EMPLEA-T: Project for the socio-laboral inclusion of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion through comprehensive care itineraries

The EMPLEA-T project: a project for the socio-laboral inclusion of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion through comprehensive care itineraries, aims to strengthen the personal, social, and pre-employment conditions that enable access to employment for unemployed persons in a situation of vulnerability or social exclusion in the Community of Madrid.

To this end, comprehensive itineraries are developed based on a structured and progressive process that includes reception and initial diagnosis, socio-laboral orientation, training, individualized support, non-labor professional internships in companies, as well as job prospecting and mediation. The entire process is based on a participatory, flexible, and innovative methodology, oriented toward sustainable employability and coordination with public social services and employment systems.

Within this framework, the project offers two specific training itineraries: one in the field of aesthetics, aimed at acquiring professional skills in the sector, and another in the retail sector, with training for cashier-stocker roles. The program benefits a total of 61 people participating in these itineraries, 47 of whom carry out non-labor internships in companies. Both itineraries seek to improve the employability of participants and favor their labor insertion in high-demand sectors.
