Weaving New Paths: Promotion of Socio-Labor Integration for Women in Vulnerable Situations in the Community of Madrid - 2026

The ‘Weaving New Paths’ program: promotion of socio-labor integration for women in vulnerable situations in the Community of Madrid, primarily aims to foster the socio-labor integration of women residing in the Community of Madrid who are seeking to improve their employability. Through personalized pathways that include information, reception, guidance, advice, training, accompaniment, mediation, monitoring, and support actions, the program seeks to guarantee real and effective equality for women in vulnerable situations. The pathways are organized into two stages. The first focuses on personal motivation, with the purpose of strengthening self-esteem and autonomy through activities aimed at self-assessment, the development of social skills, and the promotion of personal independence. The second phase is aimed at developing the competencies and professional training necessary to overcome obstacles to employment access, incorporating occupational training and career guidance through the following free courses: – Cashier-Stock Clerk Course + Food Handling Course. – Retail Sales Assistant Course + Food Handling Course. Additionally, non-labor professional internships are also included to apply the knowledge acquired in companies within the sector. This program is 40% co-financed by the ESF+ 2021-2027 Program of the Community of Madrid.
