INDEPENDIENTES: Space for the prevention of dependencies in childhood and adolescence

The INDEPENDIENTES project: Space for the prevention of dependencies in childhood and adolescence aims to contribute to the prevention of problematic use of new technologies and behavioral dependencies in the population aged between 10 and 14 in the province of Valencia.

Through early detection and social diagnostic actions, the project seeks to analyze the problematic use of the internet and digital platforms among the beneficiary population, as well as to strengthen their knowledge through training workshops and intersectoral coordination spaces with school and community environments. Additionally, cycles of dialogues will be created with family members and community liaisons for the prevention and reduction of risk factors, with the aim of fostering the digital well-being of the beneficiary population.
