Strengthening Autonomy and Socio-Labor Inclusion for Women Victims of Violence or Social Exclusion (FEAM)

The Strengthening Autonomy and Socio-Labor Inclusion for Women Victims of Violence or Social Exclusion (FEAM) program aims to support women victims of gender-based violence or in situations of social exclusion.

Through comprehensive psychosocial support, the program promotes the development of personal and social skills, facilitates access to rights and resources, encourages collective participation, and promotes improved employability. In this way, it contributes to the well-being, safety, and empowerment of participants, fostering their social and labor inclusion under dignified conditions.

The program activities include:

• Employability and empowerment workshops, designed to improve the personal, social, and professional skills necessary for employment access, adapted to the needs and situation of each participant.

• Individualized support, of a psychosocial and employment nature, throughout the entire participation process in the program.

• Referral to professional, occupational, and non-formal training courses that contribute to improving employment integration opportunities.

This program is subsidized by the Generalitat Valenciana under the Ministry of Social Services, Family, and Children.
