Socio-laboral integration for women - 2026
The project develops personalized socio-laboral integration itineraries, which include empowerment, employability, and active job search workshops, where key competencies such as self-esteem, social skills, gender equality, and the use of digital tools applied to employment are addressed. In addition, training actions are offered, such as Bakery and Pastry Assistant courses, aimed at improving the qualifications of participants in sectors with real employment opportunities in the region.
As part of the integration process, the program promotes business prospecting actions and collaboration with local companies, facilitating non-labor internships in real work environments. These experiences allow participants to gain professional experience, apply the knowledge acquired, and establish direct contact with the business community, with technical support and individualized follow-up that favors their transition toward employment.
