Volunteer Project for Social and Cultural Integration in Valencia (PVISC) - 2026

The Volunteer Project for Social and Cultural Integration in Valencia (PVISC) program aims to create and consolidate a volunteer network committed to the social inclusion of migrants in the province of Valencia, promoting a personalized and supportive accompaniment model that contributes to improving their well-being, autonomy, and participation in society.

Through this project, active participation of social volunteers is promoted as a key tool to support migrants in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion. Volunteers receive specific training in migration realities, social mentoring, and intercultural communication, enabling them to develop respectful, responsible interventions aligned with the organization’s values.

The core of the program is individualized mentoring, through which each beneficiary has the support of a volunteer who accompanies them in their social and employment integration process, offering practical guidance, emotional support, and assistance in areas such as access to resources, job searching, or building social networks.

Additionally, the project promotes the creation of meeting spaces and community networks, fostering intercultural exchange and strengthening the sense of belonging. These activities help combat social isolation and generate mutual support bonds between volunteers and migrants.

The program also includes training in the Valencian language as a tool to facilitate cultural and social integration in the Valencian Community, as well as social and employment guidance actions and networking aimed at improving employability and access to training and employment opportunities.

Through this comprehensive approach, the project promotes the values of solidarity, civic participation, cultural diversity, and social cohesion, contributing to building a more inclusive, intercultural, and participatory society.
