Strengthening Skills through a Support and Guidance Space for Women
The project “Strengthening Skills through a Support and Guidance Space for Women in Social Exclusion (FEAM)”, funded by the First Vice-Presidency and the Regional Ministry of Social Services, Equality and Housing of the Generalitat Valenciana, aims to create a comprehensive support space for women at risk of social exclusion or victims of gender-based violence, promoting their social and labour inclusion through a holistic and participatory approach.
The programme seeks to foster the personal, social and professional empowerment of participants through training activities, the development of social skills, socio-labour and legal guidance, and their active involvement throughout every stage of the inclusion process.
Among the main actions carried out are:
- Employability and social skills workshops, aimed at strengthening autonomy, self-esteem and professional competencies.
- Referral to vocational training courses adapted to the profile and interests of each participant.
- Personalised psychosocial and legal support, providing comprehensive guidance and assistance in addressing situations of vulnerability.
Target population:
Women in situations of particular vulnerability registered in the province of Valencia.
