Socio-labour integration for women – Continuation.<br/>

The project “Socio-labour integration for women – Continuation”, co-financed by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs of the Community of Madrid, aims to promote the social and labour empowerment of women in situations of social exclusion and/or particular vulnerability through training and subsequent integration into the labour market.

To achieve this objective, personalised socio-labour inclusion pathways will be developed, including individual guidance and support, training adapted to current labour market demands, strengthening of personal and professional skills, internships in real work environments, and continuous follow-up of participants throughout the entire process. The programme includes two specific training actions:

    • Cashier and Shelf Stocker
    • Retail Sales Assistant

Both training actions include food handling training and certification, a cross-cutting requirement for working in the retail and service sectors. In addition, professional internships in partner companies are planned in order to promote the acquisition of professional experience, knowledge of real working environments, and the consolidation of technical and transversal skills that facilitate the effective labour integration of participants.

Overall, the project seeks to strengthen the autonomy, employability, and social inclusion of participating women, promoting their full and sustainable integration into the labour market.
