Productive Voluntary Return: Starting Over in the Country of Origin - 2026
We offer comprehensive return support, which includes:
• Personalized guidance and information before, during, and after the return.
• Training workshops for the design and development of the productive project.
• Payment of the airline ticket
• Financial assistance of 450 euros (reinstallation aid and travel allowance)
• Financial support for the launch of the business initiative, with aid ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 euros, in addition to resources necessary for the launch in the country of origin.
• Psychosocial support and family assistance after the return.
The program is carried out from the offices in Madrid, Valencia, and Barcelona.
Who can access the program?
Foreign individuals of Colombian, Paraguayan, or Peruvian nationality who do not hold Spanish nationality or that of any European Union country, and who meet at least one of the following conditions, may participate:
• Hold non-EU residency (NIE).
• Be in an irregular administrative situation, with a minimum stay of 3 months in Spain (Passport)
• Nationals of Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru.
Additionally, the following must be met:
• The return destination must be the country of origin: Colombia, Paraguay, or Peru.
• Not have had an invitation letter upon entering European territory.
• Not be prohibited from leaving Spain according to immigration law.
This program is funded by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, through the Secretary of State for Migration and the General Sub-directorate for Economic Management, European Funds and Procurement, and co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the European Union.
Target population:
Nationals of Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru who possess a NIE and/or are in a vulnerable situation and wish to voluntarily return to their countries of origin by fostering a business initiative.

Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona.
