PROEMPLOYMENT - 2026

The PROEMPLOYMENT programme aims to improve the employability and socioeconomic autonomy of people in situations of, or at risk of, social exclusion, through practical and personalised training pathways focused on sectors with real hiring opportunities. The initiative promotes social and labour inclusion processes through comprehensive, innovative interventions connected to the local business community.

Specialised training pathways are delivered in Barista and Cocktail Making and Dog Grooming, combining technical training, professional skills development, and the acquisition of workplace habits. In addition, the programme includes complementary actions such as a workshop on Equality between Women and Men, aimed at promoting equitable workplace relationships, and a workshop on Artificial Intelligence applied to employment, enabling participants to acquire digital tools to improve their job search and reduce the digital divide.

Likewise, as a fundamental part of the integration process, participants may have the option to undertake non-employment professional placements in partner companies in the area, lasting approximately 60 to 80 hours, in order to gain real professional experience and direct contact with potential employers.

These placements are carried out in collaboration with local companies and include guidance and follow-up by the technical team, ensuring a training process that supports an effective transition into employment.

This programme is funded by the Generalitat Valenciana, under the Regional Ministry of Social Services, Family and Children.
