Reception and linguistic, digital, and pre-employment intervention for migrants - 2026
Through a comprehensive social intervention model, the project begins with a personalized reception and diagnostic process, which allows for the identification of the needs, expectations, and capacities of each participant. Following this diagnosis, the program offers training through the Reception School, integrated into the Generalitat Valenciana network, where participants acquire basic knowledge of the Spanish and Valencian languages, legislation, geography, and history, as well as practical information on social resources, employment, housing, and access to rights.
Furthermore, workshops on employability, social skills, and equality are developed, as well as theoretical-practical training oriented toward employment in high-demand sectors, with the goal of improving labor market insertion opportunities and promoting access to decent work. Additionally, the project incorporates digital literacy workshops, which help reduce the digital divide and facilitate access to administrative procedures, public services, and technological tools necessary to navigate an increasingly digitalized society.
Overall, the program facilitates access to basic resources and services for migrants, guaranteeing the exercise and protection of universal rights and freedoms.
