The programme includes two specific training actions: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cashier and Shelf Stocker<\/li>\n<li>Retail Sales Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both training actions include food handling training and certification, a cross-cutting requirement for working in the retail and service sectors. In addition, professional internships in partner companies are planned in order to promote the acquisition of professional experience, knowledge of real working environments, and the consolidation of technical and transversal skills that facilitate the effective labour integration of participants. <\/p>\n<p>Overall, the project seeks to strengthen the autonomy, employability, and social inclusion of participating women, promoting their full and sustainable integration into the labour market.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243;
