The entire process is based on a participatory, flexible, and innovative methodology focused on sustainable employability and coordination with public social services and employment systems. <\/p>\n<p>Within this framework, the project offers two specific training itineraries: one in the field of aesthetics, aimed at acquiring professional skills in the sector, and another in the retail sector, with training for cashier-stocker roles. The program benefits a total of 61 people participating in these itineraries, 47 of whom carry out non-labor internships in companies. Both itineraries seek to improve the employability of participants and favor their labor insertion in high-demand sectors.  <\/p>\n<p>For more information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>European Social Fund: <a
