Project EME: Space for Women and Empowerment, subsidised by the Diputaci\u00f3 de Val\u00e8ncia, is a continuity initiative driven by AESCO, aimed at strengthening the autonomy and participation of women in vulnerable situations in the province of Valencia. Through this space, opportunities are created for participants to reaffirm their decision-making power, strengthen their access to rights and build strategies to face situations of inequality and gender-based violence. <\/p>\n

The project is grounded in the recognition that women are active agents of their own empowerment process and promotes an approach that enhances their capacity to identify and strengthen their skills, expand their support networks and define their own path towards social and economic independence.<\/p>\n

From this perspective, the project integrates awareness-raising, reflection and guidance actions, as well as personalised support that facilitates access to opportunities in the socio-labour sphere, promoting their participation in society from a foundation of equality and self-determination.<\/p>\n
