Likewise, through the program, the co-creation of tools and strategies is promoted in order to encourage equality and diversity from a community-based and rights-based perspective.<\/p>\n<p>Its main actions include the development of safe points and community outreach hubs, individualized guidance, group workshops, community circles, and human rights training.<\/p>\n<p>This program is funded by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, under the State Secretariat for Migration and the General Directorate for Migration Management, and co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and
